We fell for 'Test Drive' Promotion. Little did we know our rates would increase by $40 month after 2 months. Our sales guy promised our rate would be locked in for 2 years. I asked the guy 2 times before agreeing. I called and complained to no avail. If we want to cancel it will cost us $300. If I had known this we wouldn't have made the switch. Very disappointed in these sales tactics.
