You can buy a battery and replace it yourself or contact Verizon and have them replace it for you, most likely for a fee. There are options on their Contact Us page.

Search 12v 7.2aH sealed lead acid battery at amazon and they are as low as 12 bucks online. If you had service less than a year, then verizon will replace it under the manufacturers warranty at no cost You want an F2 connector for the battery and its pretty easy to put in
