Cable Installation improperly laid damage to yard and cracked driveway

Is there a specific number to phone and/or discuss a recently laid property owners Verizon cable? This cable laid in the yard for 4 months and when installed by the Verizon contractor went through the property not following the easement line, in addition created a hole in the yard next to the drive way, not filling nor correcting it as well cracking the asphalt driveway. ending with a sloped area that was damaged and no seed nor repair efforts were made. Is this the protocal for the contract staff that performs these functions?
