How can I get someone to call forward my home calls to my cell phone? It is after hours (no cust service) and Repairs will not do it without a 3 digit code that comes on my paper bill. HOwever, I do not have access to my paper bill and the three digit code is NOT listed on the on-line page of MyVerizon. I do not have a dial tone to do it from the home line itself. THe repair people will not verify the account in any other way, other than the 3 digit code.

Technical support is usually 24/7, well at least with FiOS. Still it usually works like:
Pick up the phone and dial *72 or 72#, you'll hear a tone and now dial the number you want it to be forwarded to. When the call is answered from that phone it should activate your call forwarding.
*73 and 73# deactivate.

If Verizon would get remote access to call forwarding for residential customers like AT&T has had for at least the last 20 years you could do this from any phone, forward you home calls to another number, without having to be at home to do it.
COME ON VERIZON GET WITH IT!

AT&T has had this service for years, at least 20 in the Dallas, Texas area. You can subscribe to remotely access your call forwarding. By calling one phone number from any phone you can activate, deactivate and change the number you want your home calls to forward to.
For some reason Verizon just don't seem to have that option, but you can sure access your DVR and voice mail remotely.
Come on Verizon lets get remote access to call forwarding!

Brian, I pulled up a PDF version of my bill and I do not see a customer code anywhere that is just 3 digits. I even used the search PDf feature which didn't find it either.
Lastly I can appreciate your trying to help, but should I be giving out information about my account with Verizon in the open forums?

You are correct, sosuzguy, that nobody should post any of their account or personal linformation on the boards. However, BrianMcD did not ask the OP to post her code. He asked if she could find it. Hopefully she can, and her issue will be solved. :O)
