From my "Home Offers" under the "Ready to redeem" section, I click the $150 Verizon Gift Card.
Sometimes I get a Verizon page that says: "Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided."
And sometimes I get a completely blank page that just has the text: "{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}"
Never get to a page that actually allows me to claim/redeem the offer. Is this a known problem right now, or is there something else I can do to redeem this reward?
