I placed my order for a bundle a few weeks ago and scheduled it to be installed on this coming Monday August 3rd and yesterday I recieved an "update to order" email saying that my new appointment is for July of 2010!!
Even though I ordered everything the 17th of July and scheduled for August 3rd I show these 5 orders in my order status:
