I had a problem with my bill and could not understand some misc. charges on it. I talked with a very supportive rep. from Verison by the name of Emery Thomas and he was very helpful and also saved me some money on my bill. All I can say he treated me right and did a good job.

WOW lucky you, I gave up on getting my money back on my over payments the first few months.
