I have a green, in ground Verizon utility box in my yard. Every time it rains it fills with water & the lid pops off and the lid comes off. I can see wires & other stuff in it. It then takes about a week to drain out & it making my yard a soppy soggy mess. How do i get this fixed?

Call Verizon and report it so they can send out a tech to bolt it down.
