DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICE: need to file a complaint

I was just lied to by a Verizon chat agent repeatedly about surcharges and fees. This agent claimed that the only additional fee to the $40 per month plan would be state slaes tax. I knew that this was a lie and when I pasted the info that i had just found on Verizon's own website "he" played dumb.  

I have 5 phones to switch but it looks like I am going elsewhere.

Goodbye Verizon.  It's good to have emailed chat sessions for proof.  

State AG might be a good idea.
