Digital Converter

Does anyone know if it is still possible to get the free Digital Converter through Verizon.  I never received the mailed notice. 

Got this information from a relative who was issued one at no monthly charge.  Had I known I would have requested the converter for my wife's under the counter 7" kitchen TV.  The little box would be perfect as there is very little space in the kitchen for the standard table top converter.

Verizon originally gave out up to 3 digital converters to customers who had service before they converted there network to all digital. If you request a digital converter now I'm almost positive they will bill you a monthly fee for it.
