does everyone is dealing with inexistant customer service or is only me...I am now proscratinating to ask very simple thing to them...<i call it deaf dialogue>very frustrating ,hours to get someone on the phone,sending you to <third party verification(GTI)...wich disconnect when you do not know what to answer on the question:<do you want to switch to verizon?. I AM ALREADY WITH VERIZON!
