I saw a verizon ad that said if you open a triple play account (TV, INTERNET, PHONE) you get a DVR free for life. I already have a triple play account. Would Verizon offer me the same DVR option?

I would contact customer retention. Sales seems to be limited in what they can offer. I'm sure Verizon would like to keep as many customers as they can and may be able to work something out with you. If you have a contract you may need to wait though.
how do I contact customer retention? I have the same question about DVR. Seems silly to lose me over the DVR. I have mine that I got for free for one year. I'm about to lose that as a free item, and if I can't keep it I might just cancel FIOS altogether.
