Free TV from triple play - never appeared. Surprise, surprise...

Remember the "Free 19 inch" TVs we were supposed to get when we signed up for the triple play a year ago?  How many people are like myself and never heard anything more about this?  I did send a few emails to cust. service but didn't waste time trying to navigate the call menus. Guess I have to chalk this one up to the usual "bait and ignore" BS.

I live near Richmond, VA.  My TV never came, don't bother calling.  If you call and get a person and ask about the TV,  they say "just one moment" and immediately disconnect you. This happened several times.  One time they gave me a number to call, it turned out to be a pay by minute phone sex number.  Anybody have suggestions for getting through?

Yeah they over gave the TVs, they should have contacted you to find out if you want to be on the list to get the TV at some point, or just a gift card to bestbuy. go to Verizon Online Reward Center. http://rewards.verizon.com/V2/UI/WebUserPages/Index.aspx for more info.
