Good.  Verizon Support people are friendly and helpful.

Bad.  Wait times are long.  Systems do not seem to be connected.  You may have entered data in one system, but the Verizon Rep doesn't have access to this system.

When FIOS works, it is great.  If something goes wrong and you need service, pray...

I wish I had never switched from DirecTV and Cox.net...
