I just called about an order that ended up rerouting my telephone calls to some unknown number that the customer service agent didn't have access to. After more than 30 minutes listening to him grunt I asked to have the order cancelled and my prior service restored so that the effort of providing service didn't interfere with his good times on the job.
In apparent retaliation, I just received Verizon robo call saying that they were sorry but on further checking internet was unavailable on my line at this time ( I had DSL on that line for about 10 years with Verizon untill similar mal treatment last year)
