Tried to enter this earlier. Spent more than 1/2 hour on the phone with 2 people from Manilla -one who claimed to be a supervisor - the other who put me on mute for minutes at a time while obviously doing nothing. The only good information I got out of the whole conversation was that I'm out of contract. When I tried to start a chat kept getting errors. It shouldn't be this hard to reach someone who can actually answer simple questions about your bill (which keeps going up incrementally). It's like they don't want your business. I can take a hint. Will be spending time over the weekend looking at new options.

Call 1-800-VERIZON during business hours 8 am to 5 pm eastern daylight time and ask for or select BILLING the customer reps can not help with those issues
