I switched phones at home, and I had my voicemail number (the one I have to call) in the memory of my other phone. How do I find out what number I have to call. There is no way to find this out on-line (I have been looking for a 1/2 hour)
I am in PA.. former Bell Atlantic... any help out there....

Dear Cantgethelp,
Verizon's tech support voice portal systems have a feature that provides you your voice mail access number.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are have plain old telephone service:
- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "Telephone Service"
- Say "Voice Mail"
- Confirm (YES) Voice Mail Problem
- Say "forgot my access number"
The system will then provide you with your access number.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are a Fios Customer:
- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "NO" to .com questions.
- Say "Phone"
- Say "Voicemail"
The system will then provide you with your access number.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please let me know if this does not work or if you have further questions.
