How do I report someone who is violating Verizon's Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy

How and where do I go about reporting someone who is violating Verizon's Acceptable Use Policy within the TOS [Terms of Service] agreement?

Is there a contact form, phone number, or email address? I've looked for such things, and can't find them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

abuse@verizon.net might be a good place to start, but it probably depends on what they are doing, exactly.
