I have 6 viruses found on my computer and they are located in my owner documents - help!

I have 6 quarentined viruses (TROJAN) that are located in areas of my computer that i dont want to delete the files because alot of my pictures are stored there. They cannot be disinfected. If they stay quarentined is that bad ? I want this virus gone but i dont want to lose my info or pictures. Help! Does anyone know what i can do?

Quarantined virus means it is isolated, and will not run. If you are not able to delete the file itself, then just keep it in quarantine.

Why cannot the trojans be disinfected? Which security software are you using? Have you tried one of the Virus and Spyware Removal forum?
