Verizons customer service is horrible. I have asked for management to contract me 5 times and no one has responded. I have been hung up on, ignored, yelled at, and lied to no to mentioned talked down too.I received a call to lower my plan sms was told it would all start the same but cost about $20 less. I said fine and than felt skeptical so I called verizon.net they had no record I was called and ensured me I would not have any changes. HA! A week later my about changed and stayed the same price.I called and after 20 minutes of back and doth airing there were changes she told me there want. I said than why did I get a prorated bill I want it fixed and I would like to have a manager call me then I was disconnected. I called bask later on and was risky spoken to by a man that wouldn't even take my next issue. I asked to start nh have a more put In for a manager to call. He said is that all I said no and he replied "than what is it?" I said nothing and hung up. I then wrote 2 emails with no response. I called last night in regards to the WNY issue and the girl was pleasant but said she was sorry but to get a response by someone that MAY care you must call corporate but had no phone number. How can such a large company have such horrible service and not care? This will not keep customers andromeda reading posts on here I'm not the only one, I wouldn't want negative feedback on my national web page...will definitely be searching for a new provider

They really don't care and like you said, it's such a waste of time. You definitely might accomplish a lot more if you take this matter to the top. I found the contact information for Verizon's executive office:
