I'm trying to order a fios bundle on the website. I start at this url http://www22.verizon.com/residential/bundles/fiosbundlesab
When I click the "Get Started" button on any of the offers on the page i get directed to this url https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/GoFlow/NationalBundles/BundleQualify.aspx?getstarted=FTBU
I input my ID and password and get directed to this url https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/Registration/Reg/RegInvalid.aspx?err=UNLDB
which gives this mesage:

Tried that number as well. The automated system tells me there is nobody there and will not transfer me...

I dialed that number.... said I do not have a phone number, and it got me to an agent in 45 seconds flat

Finally got to talk to a real person. For the last two nights in a row in fact. I still can't order new services because they all seem to have system issues. Spent more than an hour on the phone lst night only to be told the system would not let them complete the order and the service tech was going to call back tonight. Guess what. No call. So I called back tonight. After 15 minutes the second tech said she had system problems and would have to call me back after she restarted her system... Still waiting...
