Not feeling like a Valued Customer

My contract has been up for about a week. I was sent an email about a New Holiday Deal. When I went online to accept the deal I was not given the full speical. Why do you treat your customers this way. It seem like a bait and switch ad to me.

I believe the holiday deal is for new customers only.

Correct it is for new customers only and says so on the offer.
