Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? And if that does not work, try a different browser.

I'm having the same problem. No matter which way I try to get to the page to make a payment, it will not load.

The URL of the page I'm trying to get to is https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/ebillpay/code/Payments_new.aspx?src=bv

I've tried in Chrome, IE, and Safari. Safari complained that it cannot decode the "raw data".
