Had to call Verizon tech support today. Ended up hanging up on them. Couldn't understand a freaking word the guy was saying, he wasn't listening to what I was saying and he apparently didn't know{word filter avoidance}about networking if it wasn't in his manual! I ended up fixing the issue myself.
