I have a web account with Verizon. I log into the account and select FIOS bundle info. I am then presented with a page of FIOS bundles, so far so good, When I click the "Get Started" button on one of the bundles I am presented with a page that 1st says, "retrieving existing services" it then says retrieving products available in your area and then 2 seconds later I get a minimal web page that I pasted at the bottom of this msg. I have tried this many times over the last 2 weeks day and evening and received the same msg. I called Verizon and the sales person said their web site was working fine and it must be my internet connection.. Cox allows me to view and price all the pieces of a bundle via their web site. Why can't Verizon?? I want to match and compare before making my final decision and talking to a sales person.
