Problem with Slowdowns and Screen Freezes

Verizon is having a problem , weather they acknowledge this issue is going to weigh heavily on the kind of company they say they are , and really are. I do business on my home computer and Ive been dealing with constant slow downs , screen freeze issues, etc. Ive lost work and for 1 week now I haven't been able to earn. THIS IS A BIG DEAL.  I have been informed that Verizon has been informed they are responsible for the slowdown , a connection problem with a server Cogent {in my case}. This problem may exist with other servers. Many people are thinking it is the web site ,so the issue is not being directed to they cause, Verizon.
