Problems with Verizon Fios Tv service and phone service after changing to Digital Voice phone

On 8/3/11 our home phone service was changed from a verizon standard line to verizon digital voice.  We changed our phone service as well as our Tv package in order to reduce our bill.  Mary at Verizon told me the only difference in the phone service would be having to use 10 digit dialing.  She said everything else would be the same.  The day the service was changed we began having trouble with our phone and with our TV..  Two TV's connected to Verizon Fios boxes will just go blank and lose sound for about 30 seconds.  As soone as the TV comes back on, our alarm system starts beeping to alert us of a problem with the phone line.  It beeps for up to about 30 seconds.  During this time, we lose phone service.  I have spent hours on the phone talking to so many people at Verizon, each one gives me a different answer.  They sent a tech and he put a new splitter because the other one was the wrong kind.  Couldn't find anything else and like everyone else at Verizon, "call us when it happens so we can check the line at that time."   Oh Right!!! It takes forever to get someone on the phone. 

Finally last week I just asked for them to change my service back to what it was prior to 8/3.  THEY WON'T DO IT!!!

Well actually one person said they would but it was gonna cost me more now than it did before it was changed.  They are crazy to think I will pay more!  I contacted several Executives of Verizon by email and got a call from {edited for privacy} saying he would request my service be returned and have someone contact me.  That was a few days ago.  Also got 2 emails from someone named Kristen.  Said she would contact me....never happened.

So frustrated.  If nothing resolved by tomorrow night, I am contacting the BBB to complain.

Oh WOW, Thanks for directing me to the verizon website contact information.  I have talked to so many of your agents I have lost count,  I don't need an agent, I need someone that can actually DO something and make decisions!
