My sister in Sterling, VA gave Verizon permission to run FiOS lines through her yard and the crew managed to damage the french drain she took the care to warn them about. Now she has a swamp in her yard, and gets a dead-end when she tries to call using the 800 number. Three differenct customer-service reps have told her that she needs to talk with the Dispatch Center Callback department, and likewise all three have denied having the number for that group.
Does anyone know who in Verizon handles this kind of stuff?

My question was "who in Verizon" handles this; that is, does anyone know a contact number. As for litigation, apparently this kind of stuff has been going on for some time now, and people in Fairfax Co., VA have even taken their complaints to their Congressman. I was hoping against hope for a less-confrontational option.
Thanks for the reply.

Please let us know if veriszon took care of the problem.
I am in a similar but worse situation. I am weighing my options.
