I was told today (not 15 minutes ago) that I will henceforth be charged $59.99 for the services I have now, and that I can get a refund of the overcharge of last month by contacting the 'financial department' on Monday.
What are my chances?

Certainly your first thing to try is contacting them during normal business hours. Hopefully they will correct it with just one call.

Same issue on my end. After getting adjustments and credits to first bill (partial month plus full month), I was told that yes my monthly triple play would be $59.99 rather than $79.99. My second billing still shows the $79.99 per month triple play. If at first......try, try, again. Wish me luck for todays billing phone call.

That's an excellent price. What are your specific services and where is the service (general location). Also, what will the entire monthly bill be when equipment rentals, taxes, and related charges are included? Thanks.
