Just wondering why it takes so long for verizon repair. My phone was out a few weeks ago.....i called and they give me a date of like 3 weeks away. I was without a phone for that long and I got like a $3 credit LOL. Back when the big snow storm hit back in December, i know a lot of phones were probably down, but mine was out almost 3 months. I could understand, if I was paying Verizon an arm and a leg for their service. But I am paying out the {word filter}It would be nice if we had other choices here, but we don't. My guess is they are doing cut-backs like everyone else, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for your phone to get fixed.
