Hi,

my service started 4months ago and I 

have claimed the reward with confirmation email saying the gift card will be arrived in 10business days.

as of today no e gift card or actual card receive. Try to following the tracking link in email Verizon.com/myverzion , but it just keep loading. I really need help to solve this issue. Thanks
