Technical Assistance

I have been without service since August 10th.  I have contacted Verizon and have been waiting for a technician, and haven't seen one yet.  What is the deal.  I really don't understand.  I received an email saying my repair order is closed.  I haven't even seen a technician.  Can't call anyone, internet works when it wants, and tv the same.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter report and try to fix issues with your Verizon phone, FiOS TV, or Internet service, as well as to schedule a repair.
