Terrible customer service

5 hours. That's how long I waited for a customer service representative to reach out to me. Only to get a call back from an automated system that hung up on me. Not only that, when I called the automated system back, it said that they're closed. This doesn't make much sense since it's only 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. And no, it's not a holiday either. I don't understand the point of a call back to be hung up on by an automated system. this is the first and last time I rely on Verizon to actually do something correctly. I'll be switching providers very soon
