Testing MY VERIZON

Try testing changs you make to "My Verizon". I'm tired of being your guinea pig!
First, I can't log on for days on end because a recent change means MY VERIZON doesn't work on internet explorer.
Now, once again, I can't get to callassistant. It worked yesterday and the day before, but change now mean I can't get to it. MY VERIZON tells me to Sign up. But, of course, I'm already signed up.
I go to calls under my serv ices and I get email!
Who do you think you are, MicroSoft!
