Unable to Redeem Gift Card

Hello,

 

Like many others in this forum, I'm unable to redeem my Gift Card reward for subscribing to Gigabit Home FiOS.

 

Let me know what to try here to fix this. I've already attempted different Operating Systems, web browsers, and tracking configurations, but am open to suggestions. I get a few minor errors in the Network tracking on the browser, but nothing related to accessing the Rewards page.
