Unable to Redeem Samsung Promotion for New Fios Customers--and No Help from Samsung or Verizon

I got the $200 Samsung promotional code, and used the Samsung portal for the Samsung + Fios page, a Samsung Tab S4 is advertise as being an available product but the code never works. I have tried calling both samsung and verizon Fios, I find this promotion very dishonest and would not suggest anyone getting Fios based on their promotions since it seems they like to bait and switch their customers.
