I have no idea to whom I should report this, but there is a Verizon utility box on my property that was damaged during Irene. My FIOS works perfectly fine, so I am guessing/assuming that Verizon may be unaware of the problem. I tried calling tech support but eventually just got disconnected. If someone working for Verizon can tell me the right place to report it or wants to email me for the particulars, feel free.
