Has anyone in the forms had as much trouble with Fios as I have. I would venture to say they haven't even been able to get to this form yet. I have spent hours of my time ( I have phone records to prove it) trying to fix problems with Fios from TV to Internet from Tech to the e-center. There automated phone service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have left messages with different supervisors asking for a call back never happens! I have had Verizon for years for my cell and land lines and never encountered problems like this. How did they ever win a JD Powers Award? (oh ya read the disclaimer (eastern Reagan) I think AT&T won the most awards for customer service. But leave it to Verizon to manipulate it to there advantage. Just like the original DVR commercial remember use it in any room ( oh ya forgot dosent work with the HD receivers, you think all those big HD tvs that basketball star had were not using HD boxes. you would not think so)
Mybe this can get to someone higher up that could make something happen, or maybe they will just edit this and pull it off the form.
Post in the forums what issues you are having and I am sure someone can help you. I try not to call phone support, because it is really bad 97% of the times. But you can get good help on the forums from people, as well as Verizon employees that know what they are doing. Believe me I have made the same kind of post as you have a few times over.
