How do I cancel the replacement remote order I made in error from Verizon In-Home Agent?  Please reply ASAP.

No way to stop it, if it was done free of charge, it shouldnt be a big deal. Free remote for when it explodes in the future. If you are charged for it, feel free to contact me and I'll take care of you.

You won't be charged.  I ordered one previously with the IVRU and there was no charge. Ordered another on Monday from the In Home agent and it arrived on Tuesday.  Again, no charge.

Which department does the order from Vz In Home Agent actually go to?  It doesn't show up at https://www22.verizon.com/residential/checkorder/.
