How long does it take for Verizon to update the status of a referral once the installation has occurred?
On June 19 I made a referral, service for FiOS triple play was installed and activated on July 2. As of this posting the referral site says NOT INSTALLED and SERVICES = NONE.
I made an inquiry from the site but have had no response so I am asking here for anyone (Verizon employee or otherwise) that can give some information as to the timing of the process.

Thanks for the feedback. I know it would still say pending since it requires active service for a month but it seems dumb to have status as not installed and no services activated - oh well, welcome to Verizon's great online applications .
