Went to Verizon store in Hunt Valley Md to exchange a set top box.  We met two fine young men working there.  They were most courteous and very helpfull.  If all of your employees were like this, you would have no complaints Verizon!!!  Give them both a raise, make them employees of the month.  Do something to let all employees know how much you value good workers.

I can also say that many of the forum members have been extremely helpful to me.  I also applaud the Verizon employees on this forum.  You are especially responsive to lots of posts here, and I know that the customers appreciate you!!!  I sure do!!!
