It seems to me that Verizon doesn't care much about its customers once they have an account. Case in point, all the new hardware is being offered to new customers only and with no charge for life. If you already have an account, you can't get a deal like that. Then, when you call them up you get someone reading from a script that they don't know how to deviate from. It's really a lousy deal if you're an existing customer/
