Your site is painfully slow and is basically a mess. Is that by design? Did you intend to create a site that frustrates your customers so much that hopefully they will go away and leave you alone? I could not begin to tell you the number of times I've tried to find the most basic information, only to be frustrated and eventually give up.

For the fees you are charging, you have to be able to do better than this. Start by redesigning your site and eliminating all the crap. You're trying to do way too much. Keep it simple so your customers can access your site quickly and efficiently.

Your on line 'help' chat feature is anything but..........you need to do some serious work there.

Overall, the experience is so frustrating that I am considering canceling my service. However, I'm not sure your competition is any better..............all of you basically suck, and have no idea about customer satisfaction.

One last thing. What's up with the spell check feature on e-mail? It's good for words such as 'cat' and 'dog' but is worthless for any word over three letters? It is that bad...............seriously............

I am in agreement with this young blogger. The verizon website really needs to be overhauled. Simple tasks become hours of work and multiple logins. Never mind if you wan tto change a password, OMG Fort Knox is easier to get into.

I'm seeing a lot of "You" in this post. This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.

For us fellow end-users to even try to assist, we're going to need a bit more detail about what you are trying to accomplish.

I haven't had any issues with the spell check; can you provide some examples of words that are giving you trouble?

This board is designed to allow users to share problems, solutions and ideas.  It is not an official communications channel between subscribers and Verizon.   Vague complaints about non-specific issues make it essentially impossible for other users here to respond in an effective manner.

If you are having trouble with the Verizon web sites, it might be a good idea to make sure you understand what the sites are designed to do, and how one gets in touch with the company itself for help and assistance.

I am sure you are not the only user who finds that things work more often than not.  However as you no doubt know the tendency is to write to this board only with a complaint, and seldom with an "All's well here."  That's perhaps the reason that from time to time I feel compelled to say just that:  All's well, etc.

I was just coming on to say exactly the same thing you said here!  I worked for this silly company for 34 years and had NO IDEA how poorly they appear from the outside as a customer only.  It's not the workers, it's by design of management that you go in circles.

This web site of theirs is the worst example of how they would as you said, "wish you just get tired of looking for things and GO AWAY and leave them alone."  The Verizon site is NO HELP at all!  Even the "back" button doesn't work.  And that stupid automated tech keeps popping up every 2 minutes, and it has no answers anyway.  Let's face it, it's only about SELLING NEW PRODUCTS and not about giving any of us support.
