I was given a 30 day free trial of HBO now through the Verizon Fios homepage. I started it on 3/5/18.
Well my bill for March was generated and I was charged a 14.99 for HBO Now PLUS a 9.49 charge from 3/5 - 3/23. This makes absolutely no sense to me.
I spoke with someone on Chat and they supposedly fixed it for me but I just realized they removed it for next month's charge and not this upcoming bill. Nothing has changed.
I hope someone from Verizon can help me with this. I barely even used the HBO Now service as I realized I couldn't download the app to use it on my tablet. Watched I think 2 and half movies on my phone before not touching it again. I really hope this can be resolved - I refuse to pay $25 dollars for a service that was supposed to be a free trial.
