I need assistance to contact the correct Verizon department to address my issue. We had a sewer backup in our home on Friday Dec 21st 2012. The plumber sent his video camera down the main sewer line on our property after he snaked the line and detected damage to the sewer main line. On digging down to the main line he discovered that an orange Verizon conduit had been installed, drilling directly through the top of our sewer line. We have had extensive damage in our house and expensive repairs to the sewer pipe. We are still in the process of assessing damage. We have documented everything with photographs and video. We need to know which Verizon department to contact to report the situation. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I would contact the Public Service Commission in your area and an attorney if I were you!!!
