416Kbps down/ 704Kpbs Up ?? DSL speed is very slow

Right now our actiontec wireless verizon router is reading

416Kbps down/ 704Kpbs Up

It should be reading over 3300Kbps down, whats wrong here? There is nothing wrong with our computers and the 3mb speed was working earlier today. what could have caused the speed to slow down so much?

Everything you need to know and do is in the bottom of the first page entitles "Having problems with my DSL during night" and further explained at the top of the second page.  You need numbers in dB.  What that say and where then to resolve the problem comes later.

Those speed numbers only say something is wrong.  Why?  Signal strength of the radio wave is where to begin.
