After 8 days of calling Tech Support I’m done with Verizon.  Today my speed peaked to 23.3k…

The only answer I get from Tech Support is, there seems to be a server end problem.

  

While trying to cancel all my Verizon services, I’m told I will have to pay an early cancelation fee.

I will have to look into taking legal action. I’m sure there are hungry law firms willing to gather as many people as possible to start a class action suit
