Okay run the test but the thing is this is all means nothing to me. I am not a tech. Upgraded to 1.5-3 and was hoping the net would be faster but doesn't seem no better. Example. I have to let things on youtube site in order to play a 4 minute video. If not it just keeps stopping. So I want to get netflix but if conection is slow than it is worthless. Please someone explain this to me. What should I be looking for to see what connecton I am getting. Thanks

in other words in the test you ran, the performance was being limited by things other than you connection to the Internet.
A better question is what speed are you actually getting. The speed you get from DSL is the lesser of your provisioned speed (probably 3360/832kbps), or the highest speed your modem can negotiate with the Central Office Eqiupment. Depending upon the length, and quality of the copper pair, that can limit you to substantially less than the provisioned speed.
So please connect to your DSL modem and post the transceiver statistics, and lets see what speed Verizon is actually providing. That will tell us exactly what your line is capable of, and what it is currently delivering.
Agreed with the Transceiver Statistics being needed. Those speeds look like the 768kbps/128kbps provisioning. If you need help obtaining them, just tell us what modem and/or router you are using.
