Can I use my own router (Netis WF2419 300Mbps Wireless N Router (WF2419)) instead of Verizon router?

Yeah,
I just wonder if i use this item instead of verizon router?
is it possible to access the internet?
OR maybe some reduction of internet speed?

Yes you can use it but the WAN port is 10/100 so you won't get anything more than 100 mbps.

Correct.
That is something to be aware of if on FIOS when an ONT is present. For DSL, I believe the top speed that Verizon offers is 10 MB down.
