Can't reset ProLine DSL Modem password

hi,

I'm trying to hook up a Linksys wireless router to my DSL, and I'm told I need to get to the MyNetwork tab on the main page of the ProLine DSL Model (by going to http://192.168.1.1).

Problem is, I could get in once and reset the password, but now I'm only able to get to the User Settings screen, where it asks to reset my password.  I could successfully reset the first time I got in, but now neither the orginal username/pw, nor the one I changed it to, work.

I tried resetting the modem - no luck.

I also just moved so the manuals are nowhere to be found (though I don't think the modem had a manual when I got it?).
